Congratulations to cognitive science students

Please join the Program in Cognitive Science in congratulating cognitive science students Penina Krieger ’17 and Adam Lerner (GS) on being awarded a Gates Cambridge Scholarship and a Jacobus Fellowship respectively.

Penina is pursuing a cognitive science certificate, and was supported by our Cognitive Science Summer Research Fellowship last summer as she pursued her senior thesis research. The Gates Scholarship will support her in pursuing a master’s degree next year at the Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit at Cambridge University.  

Adam was a Graduate Fellow in Cognitive Science last year, and his research has been supported twice by the Cognitive Science Graduate Student Research Award  He will be awarded the Jacobus Fellowship on Alumni Day this Saturday.
