Visiting Student Research Collaborators

Support for Visiting Student Research Collaborators

Faculty looking to bring 2016-17 Visiting Student Research Collaborators to campus in cognitive science may request support from the Program for up to $1000 per year to defray the costs associated with the monthly enrollment fees for the student. VSRCs brought in under these auspices will be expected to participate in Cognitive Science events, such as colloquia and the lunchtime talk series. Students should normally be willing and able to give a talk in the lunchtime series, if scheduling permits. Interested faculty should email Brigid Sudnick with a brief description of the student’s connection to cognitive science, the student’s CV, and should indicate their enthusiasm for bringing the student to campus. Requests will be considered on a rolling basis so long as funding permits. Only requests from Princeton faculty will be considered; the Program does not assist students who are interested in visiting Princeton in finding a faculty sponsor.
